From Saint Valery sur Somme, you ride along the bay on good bike paths before arriving in Le Crotoy: its small port and its great panorama on the bay. You take shared roads to reach Rue, a medieval city then you enjoy a high place in the Somme Bay, the Marquenterre park. You can see here thousands of birds choose to stop off at this park. A must to see. You will find the resort station Le Crotoy on bike paths, where you appreciate the charm and the animation before returning to Saint Valery by the historic train Belle-Epoque.
Day 3 : Excursion to Cayeux sur Mer | 39 km
A quiet route to explore the southern part of the Bay with the ‘Pointe du Hourdel’ where, if you are lucky, you will see one of the 700 seals living in the bay.
